Design criteria:
- Speculative design approach, reflection on social fiction, according to the present.

-Collaborative approach to my research and prototype development.
My reflection is based on the touch crisis of now, and how we could improve the communication through senses between someone in the terminal phase and someone in distance. Creation of emotional communication beyond words.
During the meeting with the expert, we spoke about a co-creative design approach and how my audience could be active in the creation of the artefact. We also spoke about hand semantics. We spoke about I could place smell in my service, I exposed to them the idea to introduce smell with the message and the tickets. In my service, my two characters are "speaking" through emotion and poems and touch, poems are the first step of my service and they are translating an emotion. In fact, I wanted to improve the paper where the poems are printed, Jude evoked the fact that this paper could have a smell in the function of the emotion which is feeling.

I finished drawing and then building my prototypes while testing them. I then filmed my 2 final videos. The one staging my two people and the one explaining the operation of the service. For the film of my design outcome, I chose to film Annah, a close friend, and her grandmother. These moments were very touching and I was able to have the opportunity to speak and answer the many questions of Annah's grandmother. She was very curious about my story and she confirmed to me that she found this project touching in both directions of the therm as she told me!
